The Sycamores have had the distinct pleasure of having Slim Dunlap drop in on our recording sessions over the years. He's also made room for us as his opening act many times. The Sycamores returned to the Amsterdam Bar in St. Paul on 1/19, much to the delight of family, friends, and a blissfully unsuspecting happy hour crowd. Frank, Heath and Dave played many old favorites along with couple of brand new tunes. Frank’s wife Karly joined on backing vocals for “About to Meet You” (from the Realizer album) and “Summertime” (unreleased), while daughter Nina staked out her own corner of the stage for a better view.
