It has been a quiet spring season in South Minneapolis: The meager snowfall has long since fallen victim to rising temperatures, our unlikely professional baseball club stumbles around the vast emptiness of the Metrodome, light rail is the distracting topic at book clubs across the Twin Cities, and the Sycamores prepare to record a fourth album of songs filled with passion, whimsey, and the occasional rhyming lyric.
